About the Event

National Pilates Day is a great day to learn about the methology behind Pilates and how adding Pilates to your fitness routine can help you achieve your health goals.  No matter if you are looking to improve flexibility, strength, control, balance, weight loss, etc, Pilates is different for everyone and can be designed for each unique individual in a Private or Semi-Private setting.  Group Classes are designed for the physically fit client that does not need special attention for body ailments whom is for looking for a full body workout.  ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME!!!

Come meet me, Lacy J, and my style of Pilates to see if PIlates is something that would work with you and your personal fitness goals.  I am offering 3 FREE 30 minute classes that will be geared towards the beginner as a stepping stone into Pilates.  If you are needing more personal attention, please reach out to me and schedule your FREE Private Intro (30 min).
