**please remember when following DAILY WORKOUTS via the list on our website or through our scheduling system, MINDBODY, doing LIVE VIRTUAL CLASSES or PRE-RECORDED CLASSES, to listen to your body and only do exercises you feel comfortable doing.  The exercises listed here or through Virtual Classes/Videos are only suggestions and it is up to you to know your bodies capabilities.  Use pillows for support when needed, limit Range of Motion to make any exercise more manageable, do less reps or less time than suggested if you feel fatigue.  When in doubt, skip any exercise if it does not feel right for your body.**


IT'S JUNE!!!  It's time to get those summer bodies.  Here is a short, easy, summer workout sure to get that heart a pump'n and body sculpted (go at your own pace, take breathers when needed, omit whatever you'd like, repeat if you like.... KNOW WHEN TO MODIFY AND KNOW YOUR LIMITS!!!:

1 min WALK IN PLACE

1 min HIGH KNEES

1 min FORWARD PLANK

1 min SQUAT JUMPS

1 min ALTERNATING CURTSEY LUNGE

1 min MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS

1 min STANDING SIDE CRUNCH (left)

1 min SIDE PLANK (left)

1 min STANDING SIDE CRUNCH (right)

1 min SIDE PLANK (right)

1 min DEAD LIFTS (with or without hand weights)

1 min BURPEES

1 min PILATES SWIMMING

1 min PUSH-UPS

1 min HIGH-KNEES
